The classic long term investment question... stocks or real estate. I happen to choose stocks and specifically dividend paying stocks to help generate a long term passive income stream. While real estate does offer you a place to live the expense of simply maintaining a home (that you fully own) just scares me from taking the leap. Thanks for sharing.
Hey DivHut ! I'm pretty much in the exact same boat as you, not really interested in the high cost of entry of real estate and would much rather prefer a liquid investment like stocks.
